Smtp Whitelist problem

Hi

We have installed and run the latest free version of the mail gateway but we facing a problem with the Mail proxy --> Whitelist entries, they do not work!!!. Recently we have enabled the Mail proxy --> Options --> Reject Unknown Clients on the server, that created the need to add some legitimate domains/ip's with misconfigured dns records in the smtp Whitelist. Although is a straight forward thing the whitelist option seems not to work!!!!!!! the server still rejects the domains/IP's in the whitelist.

Mail proxy --> Options -->Use Greylisting option is not enabled on our server

Any ideas?, Anyone facing the same problem?
