SMTP RESULT: delivery temporarily suspended: connect to 127.0.0.1[127.0.0.1]

Sometime in the past few hours I have been getting this in my queues. Email contains to 'stack up' both good and bad messages until the proxmox server basically locks up.

I can reboot it and delete all the messages and it just starts happening again. There are both good and bad emails in there, and also pinging is failing. If I logon to the console I can telnet and ping out to my mail server, but prox doesnt seem to want to connect.

Any ideas?
