Hello good people,

I'm very new to Proxmox Mail Gateway and have been figuring a few things through research. However, I just can get this issue out of the way.

I have an external service for sending data that requires anonymous smtp auth through port 25, I have whitelisted the required IP address in Mail Proxy>Networks section. Relay access is being denied/ the emails won't come through!

Also this is an on prem exchange.

Any suggestion or possible resolutions for this? I've included a log of my smtp test below.

Many thanks in advance

The trusted networks are only considered for mail arriving on the internal port - the probably simplest solution is to create a port-redirection rule in the firewall/router in front of PMG for that source-ip (to send traffic coming in on port 25 to pmg on port 26)

I hope this helps!
