SMART error (CurrentPendingSector)

I am seeing this error:

smartd[2918]: Device: /dev/sdd [SAT], 24 Currently unreadable (pending) sectors
smartd[2918]: Device: /dev/sdd [SAT], 24 Offline uncorrectable sectors

This proxmox server has four 3TB drives setup as ZFS RAID 10 type setup. Does this mean sdd is simply bad?

So I shutdown the proxmox server and replace sdd with a new 3TB drive. How do I rebuild my ZFS RAID 10 array?

You can do it online.

zfs offline baddisk
zfs replace rpool badisk gooddisc

You have SSD or SATA drives?

For SSD drives you could ignore these errors to some extend.

Select node - Disks - look at Wearout value for your SSD drive, up to 50-60% it is ok. I don't mean drive is ok, but we can ignore, after that it is time to replace the SSD drive.
