Slow Windows Server 2016 VM

Hello, dear friends.

I have a Lenovo SR630 V2 XEON 4309Y 2.8GHZ 8C server with 64GB of RAM, 500G SSD and 2T SSD. I installed Proxmox 8.0.2 with zfs partition and a Windows Server 2016 VM with 1 Socket 16 Cores, Type x86-64-v4, Numa Enable, 48G of RAM, i440fx-7.2 Machine, VirtlO SCSI SCSI Controller and SCSI SSD Hard Disk emulation in and Cache White Back. Users are complaining about the system being slow in processing and writing to disk.

Proxmox is showing a message:

Can you help me improve Windows Server 2016 VM performance?

edit: disabling split_lock detection can be set in kernel option
