Hi, I installed a ticket system (OTRS) in a virtual machine in proxmox
Once the installation is finished, I am trying other devices, and it works slowly, to go from one window to another, it takes a lot, and sometimes the connection goes down.

In the proxmox I have configured two network cards in bonding mode

I have also assigned 3 RAM ram

and 4 processors (2 sockets, 2 cores)

Hi,

you have to provide a bit more information about your host configuration.

used file system.
Disks
CPU
......

Hello
I have a proxmox installed on a host with

Processor: Intel Core i3
RAM memory: 4 gb ddr3
Disk: 2 TB
Two network plates in bonding

In the I have installed a ticket system called OTRS and navigation through the otrs system is slow and sometimes I lose the connection. When I want to enter a data, the connection drops I have a windows 10 installed and it works fine! it does not fall, it does not lock.

Thank you very much, do you need any more information?

You have no numa so do not emulate numa.

set the VM to one socket and 4 cores but i personally think 2 is enough.

You have not much ram!
What Filesystem do you use on the host?
If you use ZFS you must have more memory.

Ok you use LVM.

Change as I wrote the CPU to 1 socket and 2 cores and cpu use host.
Than change the Network to virtio.
Also set the disk cache to write-back on both disks.
Stop the VM and start it again.

As I suggest before you have not much memory and if you get slow is this a result of memory swapping.

Thank you very much

I made all the changes you told me,
now I do not have ip, I do not have network with virtio

what will it be?

I think you network device name has changed.
