Slow update downloads

Hi All,

I'm facing issue with the system updates, download.proxmox.com resolving to either sg.cdn.proxmox.com or au.cdn.proxmox.com. From both servers I'm getting around 20-50kbs.

We faced some traffic limitation in one of our Asian mirrors due to high bandwidth usage.
Most of that mirrors traffic was temporarily moved to others, while they have slightly higher latency they should still have quite a bit more bandwidth.

We're working on removing the bandwidth limitation on our CDN host in your region and hope to improve the situtation over the next few hours.
