slow transfer speed - help

stop your network (/etc/init.d/networking stop)

# rmmod bnx2
# modprobe bnx2 disable_msi=1

restart the network (/etc/init.d/networking start)

does that work?
 
I will move some data and then tell u how it goes, by the way the ifcfgf output is
