I have just installed Proxmox 2.1 on my new i7-920 machine.
But the network is so slow..
"The server is connected directly to a 100/100 mbit fiber line"
This has nothing with the network to do, because when i boot my server into rescue mod, i can downloade with 10 mb/sec.
But when i boot into Proxmox 2.1 and tryes to download a iso from the same server as before, i only get 500 kb/sec.
I have setup a server here at home, and i can downloade with full speed "Home network 20/2 mbit" and i download with approximately 1.5-1.7 mb/sec.
