Shutdown Issue - Could not detach DM (Proxmox 7.1)

Hello all,

When trying to shutdown I receive the following error message:

systemd-shutdown[1]: Could not detach DM /dev/dm.0: Device or resource busy
systemd-shutdown[1]: Failed to finalize DM devices, ignoring.

I think this may have something to do with systemd not being able to unmount / or at least that was all I could find from googling the error.

Also Loading initial ramdisk ... seems to take a while longer than expected at boot-up.

Has anyone else experienced this error and can assist?
