I need to move my pve system disk containing the lvm-thin folder to a smaller drive. the volume group has sufficient unallocated space, however i need to shrink the actual partition, so that clonezilla is able to process the move.

this is how my volume group looks like. i need to save up approx. 30 gigs of data from the 150 GiB unallocated space. most topic here cover using the unallocated space for a new volume group and that did not help me.

Code:
root@pve:~# vgdisplay
  --- Volume group ---
  VG Name pve
  System ID
  Format lvm2

  Cur PV 1
  Act PV 1
  VG Size <488.55 GiB
  PE Size 4.00 MiB
