Show Backupjobs as Maintenancetask

Is it possible to show running backups as running maintenace task and also add completed jobs with state to the serverlog, maybe access to the backuplog via web and a per vm history of the backups?

i´m wondering all the time about the high load till i remember that there´s a backup running...

yes, I would also like to have this and I added this to our todo list (but due to other high priority tasks it will take some time).
