Hi guys,

description:
Cluster1: Node1, Node2, Node3, Node4, Node5, Node6

There is a CephFS storage (CephFS1) that is physically configured on nodes: Node4, Node5, Node6

There is a GlusterFS storage (VMS) that is physically configured on the nodes: Node1, Node2, Node3

Is it possible to add the CephFS1 to nodes Node1, Node2 and Node3 without adding physical disks to it?

I believe you need RBD type storage , probably constrained to nodes that dont run Ceph locally:

Is it possible to add the CephFS1 to nodes Node1, Node2 and Node3 without adding physical disks to it?

certainly. as long as the cephfs packages are installed on each node AND they have network access to the ceph public interface pvesm will automatically mount them. OSD location is completely irrelevant.
