I'm stumped on an issue, and at this point the only explanation I have is black magic.
I have multiple PVEs on different sites. For backups, they all share a common layer2 VLAN. They all can see each other, and ping each other. SSH works, but SFTP / RSYNC fails between 3 specific hosts. I can get an SFTP session running, create folders, but transferring files hangs, and I get a

I've made a schematic to try and explain what's going on :
What I don't understand is SSH working correctly, but SFTP failing. Any ideas are appreciated.
