Setting up Debian Etch container Issue

Hi

I'm a newbie. I have Debian Etch container set up.

For the dsn name I arbitrarily chose murray.com.
For the ip I arbitrarily chose 192.168.0.112
Is this correct? How should I choose the values?

It shows started in the Proxmox admin window and started
in the console.

What do I do now.

Hi

I would like to bring up a Debian Etch desktop kde, gnome or other and
start using it. It is in a home environment. I have an XP machine
and the proxomox machine connected to the internet via a router.

Right now I'm just trying to get the hang on how things work.

Eventally would like to install Opensolaris, PclinuxOS and others to
evaluate them.
