Setting up a USB-NIC?

Hi guys,

I have the problem that I cant really use my USB-NIC in Proxmox.

ip a shows this:


dmesg this:


and in the proxmox webinterface:

"Nein" means "no" in english

Edit: its this USB-NIC


Any suggestions how to fix this?
