Setting Up a Proxmox Cluster for Centralized Node Management

Hello,

I manage multiple Proxmox servers across different companies and am considering setting up a Proxmox server as a cluster in my office. My goal is to easily manage all the nodes from a single dashboard.

I came across some posts suggesting that if there are existing VMs on the nodes, the process becomes more complicated. Could you clarify whether I need to follow this process, or if there's an alternative solution that allows me to manage all the nodes from one centralized dashboard?

You cannot cluster a node if it has existing VMs on it, basically.

I've watched a YouTube Video where he did that, but, its little bit risky .. and i don't want risk it .
