Setting HA for the first time, not sure if I'm ok

I have a proxmox cluster with 2 nodes and a 3 Corosync qdevice to create a quorum of three. that part looks fine I think.
Now I'm setting which vms need to be HA, and this is what it looks like. I dont understand the
old timestamp - dead?
And I dont understand the states, both freeze and started

I still haven't turned off any node to test HA but digging I was able to fix the old timestamp - dead? with this commands

systemctl reset-failed pve-ha-lrm.service
systemctl start pve-ha-lrm.service
