Server08 R2 Help and Best Practices

Hi Everyone,

Just started to use proxmox, and I'm having some issues with Server 08 R2. Once I installed it, I put up my server, and after polling it, it starts rejecting requests. I've seen some links on issues with windows networking, and I tried searching the forums but I'm having some trouble finding some answers. So whats the best practice for 08R2, and what are common problems with devices on proxmox for R2?
