server shuts down after 15mins

Hi, I am a noob at Proxmox but somehow followed some guides to install Proxmox on a Elitedesk G5. The only thing running atm is a vm with PBS, but the problem was already present before install. after the server is turned on for a few minutes it becomes unreachable , it still works because I can still reach the pbs. but the pve itself becomes unreachable.
after a hard reboot I can reach it again over my network. When looking at the log I see this every 10 seconds :

Hi!

Which guide did you follow? Does the file /var/lib/rrdcached/db/pve-node-9.0/Lab exist? Is the name of the node itself Lab? Was the hostname changed inbetween? Is it possible that there is some IP address collision?
 
no, that file or path doesn't exist. no, hostname wasn't changed ; like I said it's a fresh install.
ip address collision, no I gave the pve a static free address :rolleyes:
 
so today I did a fresh install ; same thing every ten seconds:

there is no such path or file. should there be ?
