Server randomly crash

Hello,

I've got a problem on my server.

I run proxmox on a Intel NUC and it randomly crash.

I've got only a Windows 10 VM and a Plex LXC running.

I can see the server dosn't respond after 20:56:40, but i can't see the reason.

Could you help me ?

Doing a RAM test using memtest86+ is always a good idea when seeing system instabilities.
Syslog isn't mentioning any problems before the reboot. Maybe bad PSU or power outage?

The RAM is fine, i even try to change it.
I will try another PSU.

It's really weard, every time it happen Plex is scanning folder.

I checked the log of Plex LXC and i don't see anything strange (the boot entry is at line 170) :
