Server Not Responding After install the Proxmox Kernal

Hello Team,

I have 2 hetzner servers which have the I9 13th gen and 200G RAM,

and I configured the Proxmox in that server with the 5 vms installed, inside that I am running my Containers,

Now suddenly One server is down and Not responding and not even Pinging the Public IP,

after One day aother server also Down and same issues,

Now I am trying to Configure the server but aftet installing the Proxmox Keranl 6.2, and after rebooting same issue happening and not working..

Please help me one this, my compete development is stopped..

Both servers are Down and not able to install the Proxmox VE8

I am trying to install in the debian 12 bookworm

There is no error by the way, actually after the installation of kernal we have do a reboot once, After that reboot server is not connecting..

I found some Issue with the pve kernal, after installing the kernal the server is not responind once we reboot it...

can any one please let me know is there kernal combpatibikity issues with the 6.2 or 6.8 ?

my server is i9 13gen Processor
