Server migration

Hi Proxmox community ! A pleasure to be here.

I want to migrate my old proxmox physical server to another server while keeping my hard drives.
How is it possible simply ?

The simplest way is to take the disks out of old server and put them into new server .
However, there are always caveats and conditions, as well as complications.

Thanks a lot. i know now the way to keep my vm alive.
A new install on a new server with old disks, that's my way. Can you give me some advices ?

My advice is to have a good backup of your data and test the restore/recovery as well before any major infrastructure change.
