Suddenly, my server began experiencing unexplained hang-ups, and I'm unable to identify the cause.
During these incidents, the following occurrences take place:
1. The web GUI, SSH, and all remote access become completely unresponsive.
2. All virtual machines (VMs) on the server also become unresponsive.
3. Although I cannot interact with the machine, the console displays the following errors:
When I reboot the server everything is fine again, so I'm not sure how to diagnose this problem.
Can anyone think of anything that might help me figure out what's going on here?
