Recently my PCIE SATA card died. I had setup PCI pass through for the drives to one of the containers while it was working. It was a 2-port card and worked well.
I replaced it with another card (4-port). The problem is, if I have the disks plugged into the new card, the server freezes when “Welcome to GRUB!” Is shown upon boot.
It does not reach the grub table with the list of options to boot into.
As a note, the drives show up in the BIOS, so I am assuming it’s a grub/proxmox issue.
Any hep would be appreciated!
