I have Windows Server 2025 Data Center installed and am seeing the following, can anyone assist me on the proper configuration, resource hog

What would be the best configuration 1 or 2 cores, CPU usage is still very high, the Memory usage did drop quite a lot
Add more CPU "core/thread" with a single CPU. Get the VM more RAM.
install, add kvm qemu guest client.
