Sequential VM startup

Is is possible to start VM machines sequentially instead of parrallel?
This way I can load DNS and DHCP servers before any other.

If such a feature exists I have not seen it.
I would suggest having priorities where VMs with higher priority are started before VMs with lower priorities.
There likely should also be a delay between each VM start.

Yes, but is is a big hard to implement - because we usually have a cluster and move VMs around.
