Seek SPF+ Network card suggestions

Seeking out some suggestions of dual port 10Gbe SPF+ network cards like Dell / Broadcom 57810S that I can pick up cheap on Ebay.

Issue I am having with the above card is the same as this guy https://forum.proxmox.com/threads/1...troller-bnx2x-mdc-mdio-access-timeout.114971/

Intel Ethernet Server Adapter X520 is one I came across but Google searching that + proxmox has it's own set of issues too it seems.

Needs to be compatible with both the following motherboards

SuperMicro H12DSi-N6
ASRock X570D4U

Connectx-3 still works fine here with PVE. But the firmware isn't great and as far as I know there will be no new versions of the drivers.
Anything lse why to avail Connectx-3?

I've also used the IBM/HP branded emulex cards as well (and they don't seem fussy about the transceivers which is a bonus)

Does the solarlflare cards have issues with the following SFP+ cables https://www.fs.com/uk/products/36673.html or https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B09Q5XDCK1/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I believe the issue I am having with the Dell / Broadcom 57810S cards is with the motherboard ASRock X570D4U as they work fine in my SuperMicro H12DSi-N6 with proxmox (albeit not tested on the very latest version of proxmox, few weeks ago I set those up)
