SAN volume changed size update in host disk size

Hi everyone,
I have IBM SAN Storwize v5000 with Thin provisioned volumes joined to Proxmox 7.1 hosts (in HA config) LVM configured.
Could someone advise how to refresh Proxmox host after I have added or changed volumes on the SAN without Proxmox Host restarting.
How to find a new device in /dev/ ?

It really depends on your mode of connectivity to the SAN: SCSI, Fiber, iSCSI, NVMe-of, something else?

Are you sure you dont see the new devices already? What do these show:
lsscsi
lsblk

What do you expect them to show? Are you using Multipath?

Keep one thing in mind - PVE is based on Debian Linux. The best approach is to find IBM guide for Linux connectivity and see if it provides the answer.

Also look in your dmesg, often there are notifications of detected lun resize.
