Hello , I have a problem with one of the 3 SSDs in Raidz 1-0 , In the Disk I see Failed! But the state of the Pool is good . I have to worry?

SATA Version is: SATA 3.2, 6.0 Gb/s (current: 1.5 Gb/s)
SSD work in just quarter connection mode yet, maybe because of internal or external behaviour. Just 11375h power on but has even 21218 power cycles (?? !!). In the end should be replaced immedently as firmware stated itself and leesteken wrote. Next new drive should be checked for running interface speed as maybe there's another problem in the host too if it's not just this ssd related.

I ignored the warning for too long, I think the problem was caused by the ICY DOCK Backplane Mobile Rack , since I took the SSDs out , I don't have the degraded Pool, and I no longer get the message that says SSD has been removed .
I don't know if this SSD is under warranty, but I'll give it a try. But I'll buy another one right away.
