Recently I noticed an issue on Safari. When the TOTP box pops up, I cannot type in it. If I attempt to click in the box where the numbers go, I can't type. I have to tab around a few times before the cursor becomes active and will accept an input. Then I can input the TOTP numbers. I also cannot click the "Confirm Second Factor" button. I have to use enter on the keyboard. I can access this instance in Chrome just fine. I do not know when this started, but somewhat recently (last 2 months perhaps?).

Ah! I don't know why I didn't think of that. I tried it in a Private Safari window and the TOTP window worked just fine. Then I went and started disabling things. It looks like it was the Bitwarden extension that was causing this issue. I disabled it on my URL for now and will attempt to file a report with them. Thanks!
