Anyone know if Ryzen 5950X and EPYC 7443P's can co-exist in the same cluster using "host" for the CPU type, AND allow live migrations between both node types?

I don't want to add the EPYC to the cluster to test and find out it doesn't work and then have to remove it and clean up.

TIA!

I noticed that 5950X supported the CPU type EPYC-Rome but not EPYC-Milan, so it depends on the EPYC generation your are using. EPYC Milan has at least one CPU-flag that is not provided by 5950X.

The Ryzen 9 is based on Vermeer Zen 3 and the EPYC 7443P is Milan, which I thought was based on he Zen 3 core too.
