I'm running sensors with this result

I have one of those too (on an ASRock X300.)

If you stress the CPU/GPU you'll see those values don't change much, so I just ignore them. I use s-tui to stress the CPU and Blender to stress the GPU, if you want some screenshots of a couple test runs showing the values on my system at idle and under load let me know. But that's normal in my experience.

Hi Jimi,

Thanks for the info, just wondering if that status triggers your fans? I'm quite worried that the fans will be running non stop due to that problem

Hi KingRichard, no, shouldn't be a problem.

If you install s-tui and stress the CPU you should see something like...

Power goes from 15W at idle to 85W for 2 or 3 minutes, then settles at 65W for the duration.

During that time the fan should ramp from between 1,100RPM to 1,300 at idle, up to between 2,600 and 2,700 at full load.

Note I'm basing the above on the cooler I'm using, the Noctua NH-L9a. The included fan is the only one in the system.

Are you using the ASRock X300 too? Of the sensor values you've listed they seem to match my setup.

The values I pay attention to are:

Code:
Tctl: +44.5°C
CPUTIN: +39.5°C
SMBUSMASTER 0: +44.0°C

I see similar values at idle.

At load they look something like...

Code:
Tctl: +78.0°C
CPUTIN: +69.0°C
SMBUSMASTER 0: +78.0°C
