Running proxmox in Virtualbox. Help with vm/container networking.

Im running PRox VE in Virtualbox and the Prox mox server can ping the internet just find...after a week im stiill newbie lost on how to configure my bridges and adapters to work nested inside of it.

I have the Virtualbox settings adapter 1 as bridged. And the second as NAT. Any guidance?
