Running mac os Ventura on a Widnows 10/11 laptop

I have a dell Inspiron 5559:
8 gb ram ddr3
I5 6200u 2.3 ghz Intel sky lake
intel graphics HD graphics 520
Realtek audio.
Intel WiFi dual band ac 3160
Samsung 500 gb 850 evo
nic fe Intel controller

Is this config good for this to work. I can always add more ram.

MacOs is definitely not officially supported on this machine, but you could try this https://www.debian.org/ with the Gnome desktop, it might even make your Computer more responsive
