I am wanting to test docker on containers and was wondering if this guide is correct?

I've seen other info that said to just uncheck the unprivileged mode and deploy an ubuntu container and install docker.
Also, I was wanting to try suse microos in an container but don't see a template...is there a template for this or documentation on how to create one? Microos was made for containers and has a atomic update method.
