Running copied virtual machine at the same time?

Hi,
I have Win server virtual machine. I need to get some files from it. I copied backup file as new VM and try to run at the same time with the original VM.
But in this case both IP's are same and conflict if I run copied VM now.
How can I run doubled (just created copy of original VM) at the same time? I think I need to change IP of new VM but how?
Can I change VM IP address while VM is closed?

Change the MAC address on the network interface. Those changes can be made either on or offline. After that you can set a reservation on the router to snag a fresh IP or DHCP will do it for you.

I affraid sole solution is close original VM and open clone VM and change IP very fast than open original again?...

I run multiple (linked) cloned VMs with DHCP (and they get different MAC during cloning automatically by Proxmox). Why do you need two VMs with the same static IP?

No I don't need same IP infact. I need to run both on same time and copy one table of sqlserver from one to other...

Give one a fixed MAC, configure your DHCP server to assign it the regular IP address and configure the VM to use DHCP. Then the close will get a different IP (but unknown) automatically and work fine (except that you might need to lookup the IP from the router to connect to the VM).

Well, I shut down the first VM. Than start the second (copied) VM and change IP address. Than restart and start first VM too...
Now both of them are started and different IP address.

I could copy from one sqlserver to other with PHP...
