Run a Proxmox cluster on 2 different networks?

So I read that the optimal way to run a VE cluster would be with maximum of 2ms latency.

But I had a thought.
I have my home server running a Core i7 6700k and 16GB RAM and I also have a server hosted with OVH in the UK (i'm in Sweden).

Can I cluster them together so they just share the same WebUI? So if I go to my home server UI, I can still control my OVH server box.
I do not need storage sharing or anything like that, I just want to control my servers from one UI.

Is this possible?

it could work with small cluster, but the problem with only 2 nodes, is that you'll loose quorum if you have a network connection problem between UK and Sweden, to the gui will be read only on both side during this time. (but no impact on running vms if they use local storage)

Well my plan is to install Prox on each server and use my home server for managing both instances. I am planning on putting my UK server before a firewall where ONLY the required Prox ports are being used for connections in a cluster. There will we no data replication, storage sharing or anything, they will be run as individual servers, but with just one UI for managing it.
