RTL8168 network drivers

Hello everyone!
I've been using Proxmox since ~2015 on other machines one had a network problem aswell but it fixed after upgrading to 4.0 but the problem now is, I bought an FX8320 & Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P which I believe has the RTL8168 network card but after stopping with trying to fix it I gave up and had to create a custom image for ESXi with the network drivers.
Does anyone have a fix for this because I still enjoy Proxmox alot more.

E: I assumed I could put it here because well it's a network issue & installation issue combined.

I was planning to do that but don't have any money for it as of now.
So I'd rather try and find a way to get the network drivers
