[SOLVED] Root GUI Access Lost after Creating User Account

I recently created user accounts for my PVE & PBS installations on my main server and backup server, both PAM; after creating the user for for PBS, I lost root access to the GUI for PBS. Upon attempt to log in via GUI with root , the user authentication fails, and I am returned an Error message stating "Login failed. Please try again". The webpage then locks up, and I cannot attempt login again until I refresh page. The password still works for SSH.

The user account I made has GUI access, but no SSH access, even though I gave it full access and highest permissions.

(To make the user accounts I used this tutorial with success on PVE, creating a PAM user & matching Linux user. I did the same things on PBS.)

Should I try deleting the new user account with these commands via root SSH, or is there another way to fix root GUI access?

Thanks!
