Roadmap for integration with Ansible

So we like VMware we have now a community powered Proxmox collection:D
Please feel all engage to join this effort on GitHub, it should be also easier to contribute.
While the collection is about Python modules & plugins you can also create PRs for roles.

Nice stuff, thanks to all people who made this possible :) The naming is missleading though: The collection is for managing ProxmoxVE clusters and nodes but Proxmox Server Solutions GmbH also has Proxmox Mail Gateway, Proxmox Offline Mirror, Proxmox Datacenter Manager and Proxmox Backup Server in their Portfolio. So it would propably a good idea to change the naming to reflect that the collection is for PVE at the moment.

Yes, that problem is all over the net and that's the same with e.g. VMware, which is also use synonymously for the hypervisor.

@Johannes S @LnxBil Actually not, we called it Proxmox collection and it's of course open to contributions for Mail Gateway, Offline Mirror, Datacenter Manager & Backup Server :) Mind it's community driven so everyone is welcome to contribute more open source automation around Proxmox products or hire someone to work on it. Initially all Proxmox content from the community.general collection was migrated (with Git history), which is indeed mostly about LXC & KVM usage cases with PVE. If you miss something find or create a GitHub issue and see who else might need it: https://github.com/ansible-collections/community.proxmox/issues
