RKE2 (Rancher) on LX-Container (LXC)

Has anybody successful run Rancher Kubernetes Engine 2 in ubuntu Linux Container before?
Have try different settings but always same result, rke2-server.service wont come up, CPU on 100% and nothing happen…

Hi,

it's really not advisable to run Docker, Kubernetes etc. in LXC containers at all - it only causes more problems (and thus headaches) than it really solves, as you can see.

I suggest setting up a Ubuntu VM and installing it there, that should work.
The overhead is negligible, especially if you are running everything on top of Kubernetes/Docker in the end anyway.
