Rewind Failed on LTO-5 Tape Drive

Hi All

I have configured a HP LTO5 tape drive and although I am able to manage the drive from the PBS shell using the mt command, PBS gives a rewind failed error on every operation that I would try to perform.

Configuration onlly includes the tape drive. No changer.

what does happen when you do a

pmt rewind

manually ?

Will give that a try and report back. Did not know about the pmt command. Only mt.
