Restrict vm to only one user at the same time

Hi all,
I have VM that i would like to be accessible with many users (with proxmox web GUI and spice) but i want only one user can access at the same time. Can you help me to do that ?

it is not possible to restrict the concurrent number of users which access a VM.

Should not SPICE already take care of this from a PVE webgui perspective? At least you have to enable it somehow to have concurrent users like described here: https://www.spice-space.org/multiple-clients.html
