restrict the reception of emails filtered by language

Hello team, I want to restrict the reception of emails filtered by language, can you help me in any alternative that may be useful in applying it?

The idea is only to receive emails in English or Spanish but not Chinese, Russian, etc.

Someone suggested something related to spamassassin rules to me but I have no idea.

Any help is welcome.

Have never tried this in production - but this is already configurable in the GUI:
GUI->Configuration->Spam Detector->Options->Languages
This sets the ok_languages for spam-assassin:
