Restore Deleted Cluster and VMs

Hello,

While i'm upgrading from Proxmox 5 to 6 I have accidently deleted the old cluster and created a new one. Now it shows no VMs created in my Proxmox list however in fact the VMs do exist however not list in the Proxmox dashboard. While trying to access Windows VM I was able to access it.

How to restore the cluster and list the existing VMs

if you have backup for VMs could you try restore on the new cluster?

Not all have backups I was surprised I don't have backup of all especially the windows one which I confirm it's working and I can login to it using RDP
