Restarting / Import KVM into 2nd Cluster Node ?

They said the night give you idea (I don't know the proverbe in english, in french it's "La nuit porte conseille").
Well, I was thinking of this, syncing the configuration file from in the cluster OR;
Having the PROXMOX configuration database beeing able to rebuild it. Like, if I click on the VM, having a option like "Recreated Configuration File", then I choose where, all the informations will be the same, pointing to the same vDisk without recreating anything (but "removing lock file and stuff like that).
Well, for now (until Auto-FailOver is implented in v2), I'll use the configuration backup. I can't test it for now, do I need to just copy the file into the folder and "refresh" the Control Panel ? Will I found any locked file ?
