Resource allocation

Hello,
Have installed proxmox in 3 machines with each Dual CPU, 64gig , 120 ssd for OS + 4x 1tb ssd CEPH.When I try to create VM with 4G ram and 100gb disk I cannot create in total more than 10 VM. Can anyone tell me how resource allocation works in such environment?

What is the error-message you receive?

Disk is not available.
I am trying to remove the VM from the panel but it does not even remove and VM is with lock status.

Hm. Sounds you have a more generic issue with your setup ...
