this is the first time I use Proxmox I don't have much experience

after resizing from gui I went to disk manager in windows and I saw the space on the right and I can't add it tell me what to do Thanks you in advance

You should show a picture of your partitions. To extend a partition you need free space adjacent to it. You probably got a small restore partition after your C partition so there is no unallocated space adjacent to your C partition.

Boot with Gparted Iso to move the Recovery-Partition.
BTW: This a Windows-related Question, so please post this Question in a Windows-Forum.

Thats exactly what I guessed above. You first need to move the 524 MB restore/rescue to the end of the disk (for example by booting into gparted) and then you can extend the C partition when the unallocaded space is between the C and the rescue/restore partition.

You can only extend a partition if there is unallocated space right next to it.

This is a funny new goodie from Microsoft... Until Server 2019 the recovery partition was alongside the beginning.
Some funny guy at MS said, lets move it to the end of OS-Partition. So resizing/extending is no longer that easy.
Same on VMWARE/HyperV/XEN.....

It's a disease, I don't know what to do
