Resize disk of VM

Hi guys,
I was wandering how to increase the size of a virtual hd on my VM.

I'm running Windows Server 2008 R2 on a VM, my C: partition has no space, and I wanted to add some. My D: partition has 94 gb free.

Is it possibile to increase C: space with no data loss? If yes, how? I read other topics but I didn't understand much, and I don't want to mess things up.
